Before your appointment
A few things to know so every visit runs smoothly.
Appointment policies
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a $50 fee. Missed appointments are charged in full.
- Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than five minutes late may not be accommodated.
- Treatment packages expire in 60 days. Treatment payments are nonrefundable.
Insurance reimbursement support
- We provide superbills for you to submit to your insurer.
- Optional third-party filing assistance may be available through Sheer Health for 10% of the reimbursement, or through a $40-per-month premium service.
- We are out-of-network; payment is due at the visit. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.
